Am a great fan of flowchat tools like Draw.io. Using the simple drag and drop tool, you would be able to declutter a complex topic into simple visualisation.
Most of the articles you have seen in my websites are explained through draw.io diagram. Internally in my company I use draw.io to explain concepts and ideas. Imagine if you can go on the same way to build a chatbot? This is not AI bot but human configured bot.
Landbot builder allows you to prepare a concept first by putting all the Building blocks inside the CANVAS, then you start to draw the flow and set conditions.
